Azoospermia is absence of sperm in the ejaculates.
What you are describing is not Azoospermia, I think you are describing "retrograde ejaculations" which can occur as a complication of prostate surgery (transurethral resection of the prostate) or due to some medications.
Emission and ejaculation is not the same!
So to correct this problem, the question and terminology should be corrected!!any male who had obstructive azoospermia and overcamed it?
