Should I still undergo surgery for my Varicocele?

Should I still undergo surgery for my Varicocele?

Why are you asking this here? Go get a second opinion from a urologist. We're not physicians on this site....I think a second opinion would be good. You'll have to decide then whether or not you want to go through this procedure. If the overall mobility is 85% that actually seems like pretty good odds to me that you would father a child..just might take a little longer. Anyway, get a second opinion so you'll know. With these numbers see no reason to have it done right now:but if you leave the varicoceles as they are:chances are that the numbers will decrease.
Don't know your age, when you want to have children:take that under consideration too.
But as your Dr said:it COULD effect it:not WOULD.
Regards:Colors.Your numbers are better than my husbands. If you have been trying for a long period of time I would suggest having it done, if not, then wait for a while to see if you can father a child.

Good luck!!does surgery is indicated for a 42 years old man with moderate varicocele & infertility for 2.5 years?

Well, a varicocele in the testicle raises the temperature of the testicle which is what causes the infertility. I think surgery is the #1 treatment (possibly the only treatment) and it's pretty successful also. Talk to your doctor about your options.
