Varicocele - testicle still "meatier"?

Since a vericocele is a failure of a valve in a vein leading away from the scrotum, on of the valves may have failed again after the operation, or a different valve may have collapsed after the operation. I didn't know anything could be done about this condition. I've had a varicocele since I was about 20, and never had difficulties with it or found a need to "fix" it.Am not an expert on this issue...but still I believe it should look normal like the right one...so please consult the doctor....I have a varicocele in my left testicle. It now appears that my left testicle is smaller than my right one.?
