You seem to be very well informed for a 16 year old! If that is your true age.Does a left side varicocele affects the right testicle?

At an early stage, no. At a more advanced stage (usually quite advanced, i.e. you can clearly see the varicocele without touching it) then it can 'spread' to the other testicle.

Varicoceles are better treated early, although at a very early stage they can be left alone as they don't cause any ill affects until they become somewhat more advanced, and even then any effect is undone a few months after treatment.

Please see your doctor if you have not done so already. He/she can advise you of treatments.
