The only way you could potentially make it worse is by injuring yourself down there and to damage to the spermatic cord. the only way is, you apply (post your military service documents) from a smaller city not Tehran! In there you have a Doctor which is friend of yours... He/she writes a certificate which your varicocele level is 3!

We didn't have such doctor in our friends, so I am going to military service!

Go to the doctor and can someone answer my question upsetIt really depends. It depends on whether or not it's harmful (most arent) and it depends on if it bothers you or not. Go to the doctor and get his opinion. I personly think that if it doesn't bother you and its not causing issues surgery isn't something that needs to be done. Theres no need to go through all that with no real benefit to you. All pain and no gain. But see what the doctor says think about it and make a decision later. The surgery is relativly quick and healing isnt too bad so if you have to have it done it wont be too bad.

-Connorit's easy man and do not be scared, it's very simple and you'll walk after the surgery. i had it at Thursday and i'm working in Friday, yeah! but of course there is a little of pain but the Medicine will help you to get rid of it.
