Than just keep taking the pills the doctor gave you to take, if he wanted you to see a urologist he would of set up an appointment for you to see one.Family practice doctors suck. I would certainly recommend seeing a urologist. The urologist will have seen dozens, if not hundreds of people with your condition and should be able to advise you about the pain.
