What is causing my Left Lower Quadrant abdominal pain?

It's odd that the pain is relieved when you are in a hot shower. That suggests that it might be something to do with the muscles, or possibly spinal alignment. Has anyone suggested xrays of your spine and pelvis? Misalignment can pull muscles out of place, make them work harder to support your body, and cause constant pain.

its too early for a full recovery. give it a week or maybe more. the scrotum (which has the testes) and the rectosigmoid colon area share similar nerve innervation. when theres feces in your rectum, it stretches the wall of rectum and activates the stretch and pain receptors and you get urge to poop. when you poop, theres no longer stretching of the rectum so nerves arent activated. thats why you feel better after you poop. stretching or pain of your rectum can refer pain to the scrotal area. take ibuprofen for pain relief. good thing you got a varicocele. in some cases. those things can lead to sterilization. good luck.CALL THE UROLOGIST.
