Hydrocele, once you have had it once, makes you more apt to get it again. I have had it 3 times already, and have had to have 3 surgeries for it. I don't know if you are fertile, but my doctor told me that I am going to be infertile because of the vericocele, and hydrocele.Hope I helped, if so can you please give me the best answer, as I have only gotten it once.
