If your still experiencing the pain, your best bet would be go back to the doctor if you are able that arranged the operation, and explain the situation.TJ,

What surgical appraoch was taken to correct your varicoceles? Also about 12 weeks after the surgery you should have no pain from the varicocele. Go to your doc and have them run a scrotal ultrasound and check it out. Also it can be a secondary infection not related to the varicocle. An infection of the epeditimis can cause scrotal pain as well. Definatly get checked out right away.
