although it technically only takes 1 sperm to get pregnant, the vagina is a terrible acidic environment to them so you need as many as you can get since most will die along the terrible journey. The other chemicals in semen are there to protect them, but they do not save all of them.That happened to me until I got surgery. I feel much more comfortable now than I used to. I recommend the surgery. If you're worried about the sharp stuff goin down there don't be because they don't open you up down there they tighten the vein in the lower stomach that leads to your testicle.POW!Where can I find MEN'S spandex underwear?
