Hydrocele & Varicocele at the same time... Possible?

I don't see why it couldn't happen at the same time. Why don't you go to the dr and ask?my husband was diagnosed @ the ER with hydrocele, & varicocele..and needs to follow up w/ urologist...?

Ask the urologist.Could just be a bad strain in the groin area; I had this problem once; I thought all kinds of things, including that I was ruined. but the urologist test should solve the problem.There can be a lot wrong in his groin area.
But here we cannot diagnose what is going on
The urologist should examine him.
