Nobody here is qualified to make a diagnosis.
See a Urologist for evaluation. You should be going to see your doctor when you have a concern like this! That's what doctors are for.ASK YOUR DOCTOR. It could be minor, or it could be extremely dangerous. We can't be sure on the internet. If you go now it could mean the difference in keeping your "manhood" or even your life!Doubtful. It isn't uncommon, about 1 in 5 will have this,.. generally QUITE young.. ie: at an age of 34 or less.. between about 14 and 34.. after about age 40 is extremely rare.

Heard of Varicose veins? Seen one? This is the same, or very similar thing. Typically an anatomical/valve issue.

I say unlikely for a few reasons.

1) It is changing constantly.

2) Your stressed.

3) You report yourself it doesn't look like VC photo's.

4) A big one.. You are reporting on the right side.. while this is bilateral generally -- it is generally only visible in every case I've ever seen on the left side due to the kidney connection to the testicles. So to have it prominent on the right side and not left would put you in a quite rare category. Possible, but unlikely.

But, of course we can't tell for sure -- See your doctor,.. no shame in dropping your pants for a quick look. If suspected it is best confirmed with doppler US. Though, this is benign in all cases except for fertility issues.

So don't worry about it,.. If it is what you think it is.. it likely makes zero difference.. (penis's and vagina's aren't exactly pretty and beautiful objects anyways.. this makes no difference trust me) -- your function will be the same.

If it turns out down the road it is VC, and as such even less commonly effects your sperm -- then have the surgery to correct.

Take care,Every ones off the mark here. It sounds like your Vas Deferens and it often feels like a cord.
It transport your semen in anticipation of ejaculation.
Google it dude
