What does a "dragging feeling" in the testicle mean?

I would suppose it's a feeling of your testicles hanging too low. So it feels like it's dragging.You feel there is a pull in your testis downwards.

VAP/INDIA.You have a "heavy" feeling in your groin. This can definitely be due to a varicocele. In this case it is a swollen vessel in the testes. It's usually harmless but if you can't live with the "heavy" feeling I would seek out a urologist and get it taken care of as soon as possible. I some cases varicocele's can affect fertility.
