Your brain should regulate the testosterone production so give it some time. If it doesn't get better, you can get supplemental testosterone, gel or patch from your doctor.
First of all see a male infertility urologist a regular doc is clueless in this area. Even a regular urologist would be better then a regular doc. And it is proven that varicoceles can impact testosterone production. Most studies show that after repair of them the testosteron levels inceased. The larger the varicocele the bigger the difference.
