Varicocele? or ruptured testicle?

A friend of mine has a veiny mass inside the scrotum, and had a ultrasound on both testicles to verify their integrity, the mass is operable but the doctor at the time did not want to fuss with it. There are some research papers to suggest this tanglement of nerves and veins that will diminish sexual potency in ejaculation. If you are experiencing any pain in your scrotum, it is critical to have it immediately screened for testicular cancer, not caught early enough, you could lose both testicles and/or, your life. Embarrassment is a part of the growing process as a young man, you will find that you are not alone in these matters and can dismiss the notion that your peers will mock you, this is your life, be responsible for it.
