Varicocele and does it cause this.,.. i pick best ansewer!?

The spermatic cord does take on a thick and rather lumpy look and feel in fellows, because it's made up of lots of different types of tissue. It contains vein, artery, ligaments, and vas deferns. The vein and artery can take on a rather greenish look, depending on your skin tone- but I assure you, they are not green. It would take an actual physical exam to tell you if any one of the lumps was something like a varicocele or something else. A varicocele is sort of a varicose vein of the scrotum, and it's caused by the same type things. The vein is not able to empty as easily as it ideally should, and the backed up blood flow causes it to distend, or bulge. They are not usually a major problem for men, so don't need any treatment unless they do cause them. So far as the lumps in "groin glands", I think you may mean lymph nodes located higher in the groin near the creases in your leg or slightly above that. The lymph nodes don't usually get large, but they can if you have an infection of some sort. They can also enlarge due to irritation caused by undershorts that are too snug in the leg, or even pants that are too snug in the area. Varicoceles do not cause lymph node swelling of any sort, no. To get the answers you need, you simply have to see your doctor and have an exam. Although I know it can be embarassing to consider, five minutes of red face can get you a lot of calm and the answers you need. You can quickly find out if something is normal, or wrong, and get the fix if it's needed. Most of what you describe sounds normal, so I wouldn't be too worried. But do see the doctor, and get some peace of mind.
