this may help uCan a varicocele decrease testosterone levels during puberty? Can it affect the male's growth?

As far as I know (I can't say this confidently because this is what was told to me by an answerer on here a number of years ago) they do not affect testosterone at all.

The varicocele can cause the affected testicle to atrophy slightly, but I don't know that that would affect testosterone production either.

Hey, I'm going to be 21 on Saturday and I still have little facial hair and acne! The acne can be a sign of active hormones,so in that sense suppose they're good!

If you are really worried about your testosterone levels you can go to the doctor and have a simple blood test to check. I'm kind of tempted to do the same!
