Is getting varicocele repaired worth it?

I would recommend it. I had one when I was your age as well. I had the surgery when I was... 16 I think. Maybe 15. Anyway it wasn't really painful (a little achy at times) but since it can affect having kids in the future I just decided to get it fixed when I could.
The surgery itself isn't horrible. It hurts like crap the first couple of days since they have to go into your abdomen to repair/remove the veins and you can't like sit up or anything. After that it's fine though. I still have a scar but it's not bad.
It's up to you. I have no regrets and I'd recommend it but I'm in no position to make that call for you. Good luck man.
