Is there an alternative treatment for varicocele?

A varicocele is basically a varicose vein above the testicle. It untreated, the testical may shrink and stop producing sperm. Infertility is a risk, and inevitable if you have them on both sides and don't get them fixed.

The only "alternative" to surgery is embolization. There is no herb to eat, or crystal to rub, or acupuncture point to stick. They only get worse over time, but it progresses slowly.
