I have a varicocele, can someone help?
It's likely just pinching the nerves. Don't play with yourself trying to fix it, just incase you somehow manage to make things worse. If the pain gets too bad, see a doctor; just incase they need to start the surgery earlier.
Major causes of infertility in males and females
Article by tomcornish22x33
Infertility (also called sterility) is the inability to conceive a baby after, at least, one year of attempts. A woman is not always to be blamed. Only 30% of cases are triggered by female factors. In another 30% of cases, infertility is due to the man. The remaining cases are brought on by a mixture of male and female factors or by unidentified factors.Problems with ovulation account for most cases of infertility in females. If a woman menstruates irregularly or does not menstruate at all, she might have abnormal ovulation. Less common causes of fertility problems in females are plugged salpinges due to pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, or operation for an ectopic pregnancy, physical problems with the womb, uterine fibroids.A woman's ability to have a baby can be affected by a great many factors. They are age, nerve-racking situations, unbalanced diet, athletic training, obesity or being underweight, smoking, addiction to alcohol and drugs, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), health problems that damage the hormonal balance. The commonest cause of male infertility is a varicocele - an abnormal enlargement of the vein in the scrotum that drains the testicles. This may adversely influence sperm production. A blockage in a man's reproductive system may trigger male infertility. Some medications may also result in sterility. Other causes of male infertility may include low sperm count, undescended testicles, diseases. Men who smoke are believed to have a 13-17% lower sperm count than non-smokers. Alcohol abuse can significantly reduce the sperm count. Tight fitting apparel and extended periods of sitting can bring on a reduction in sperm count through undue heating of the testicles. Cannabis, cocaine and anabolic steroids all lower the sperm count and adversely impact on motility. Sometimes the cause of male sterility cannot be identified. In these cases, there may be an underlying genetic problem. Both men and females require specialist assistance if pregnancy does not happen naturally.
