well first off, you dont necessarily have to go through puberty to be able to have semen, sperm and semen are different, second, most boys/ men have different sized testis; it is a fact that genetalia is one of the few parts in normal men that is not symetrical. As for fertile problems, only a doctor can give you an accurate answer, however, i doubt that a 14 year old boy has fertility problemsYour fertility is fine. The amount of semen has nothing to do with fertility.

The amount of semen that you have can be a good thing for when you decide to have kids. All the Varicocele is a vein that is connected to your testes. They can be long short or even twisted.
