Go to urologist ASAP.I don't think you have testicular cancer because the main symptom is a painless lump on the testicle. You haven't mentioned anything about a lump. The receding testicle isn't really a worry as long as you can get the testicle back down and it doesn't stay receded. Some pain that comes and goes is normal as it could be due to lots of different things that involve movement (exercise, stretching, etc). It's when the pain stays or is bad that it becomes a worry. I had the same surgery last summer...I'm 16 now.
