A dragging feeling in the testicle/s, a dull, throbbing ache, acute variations in testicle size in relation to each other (which may fluctuate).

If you have any of these, it could also indicate an epididymal head cyst (spermatocele) and other things, see your doctor who might refer you for a sonogram (ultrasound).The usual symptoms are a dragging feeling and a swelling that goes away when you are horizontal. The swelling feels like worms as it is enlarged blood vessels. It is more common on the left side and is often worse in the hot weather or after standing for prolonged periods. Good luck.
