How treatable is a varicosele?
How treatable is a varicosele?
It can be quite effective. Correcting a varicocele is a common procedure to treat male infertility. The treatment for infertility is usually surgery, which often (though not always) works. There are hospitals that perform it on an outpatient basis. To read up more on this issue, visit the following website:

However, there are some urologists who believe that treatment is usually not effective (http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/23068876/)
I suggest your husband make an appointment with an urologist and discuss possible options.i was diagnosed with varicosele, i do not have enough force to cum completly. What can i do?
cry?First of all, get the varicocele treated. Surgery is usually the only option. Then comes a recovery period of 6 weeks without sex or masturbation (very important), complications can arise from that. You probably can't ejaculate probably because of the distress your ball is feeling (it's usually the left testicle). There is a chance of reduced sperm count after surgery, but is negligible. In time the force will come back.
