I have been on effexor xr about the same length of time you have been. I changed from paxol, which caused me to gain weight and reduced my libido to just about zero. I read about all the side-effects of effexor and found no mention of it affecting your sperm volume. Not planning to have children so I can't help you there.Where can i get a Male Fertility test done to check for sperm fertility?

Your first clue would be is to go to a doctor. He will take care of everything....Duh..Actually you can get them at just about any pharmacy. I don't know the brand name, but they are by the condoms and lubes and pregnancy tests and such. I'm assuming you just ejaculate into a cup or something I haven't really looked into it, but I know they have the tests.You can go to your doctor or go to a sperm donation clinic.Find a best sexologist in your area.He will guide you to have the test done.While you do that test,you should not have masturbated or have wet dreams three days prior to the test.You will get the results in one day.
