anytime is a good time shes your mom she wants you to be healthy just tell her that your having pain and swelling "down there" and she will take you to the doctorOk well we all have to go through some embarrassing moment with a parent growing up. So if I were you I would just find a time when it is just her and you around, or say hey mom could you come talk to me in my room for a minute. Then say... this is really super embarrassing so please don't laugh or make this hard on me because it is hard enough to talk about it. And she'll probably say ok or don't tell me you got some girl in trouble.. whatever it is her nature to say. And then say well I think I need to go to the Dr. because I have developed a big lump on my privates. She may ask you some questions but most moms are going to be very cool about the whole thing.jut tell her she's not gonna blow her stack just say while you were bathing you checked them like they said in health class and this is how you found it the sooner the better because it can be fixed a lot easier in the early stage if that is what it is but it best too get a doctors optionVery responsible. There is no good way. Good thing you can talk to your Mom or Dad about this. Even though you had a falling out with him.

OK now to the embarrassing part ( take a deep breath) she might ask you to show it to her. Just remember she is a Mom and knows about this stuff ( Dads do too). It tough, but over in a second.

They will make a Doctors appointment and you will get it taken care of.Take her out to a nice steak dinner or maybe just a fast food meal and just simply say mom there is a lump on ball can you set up a doctors appointmenttell your mum or dad asap.this may be ideal time for forgiveness or what ever the cause of family rift is.anytime soon is the right time,you will not embarrass her,she make appointment and you see dr your mum will not come in until examination finish.i sure you right it hydocele or varicocel but with lumps and bumps it wise to get them checkedSay "hey mom, I think I have cancer" and if she asks where just say "in the worst place possible".I think i have varicocele in my left testicle.
